We are looking for a passionate Assistant Merchandise Controller to join our Dongguan team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for coordinating with our internal teams and suppliers and providing support on merchandising and inspection to meet the needs of business.
How will you make a difference?
- Company system coordination and administration with IT, internal staff and suppliers
- Supplier & Factory profile monitoring
- Customer agreement preparation, distribution, recording and monitoring
- Communicate with merchandiser/QC and factory for inspection arrangement
- Inspection data input
Who are we looking for?
- 1-2 year working experience in coordinator or similar position
- Diploma or above graduate
- Carefulness and with patience
- Good communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT
- Good spoken and written English
